Paris Back in Jail
A Little More Than 24 Hours Later...
Paris Hilton returns to the slammer! Judge Michael Sauer ordered Paris back to jail to serve the remainder of her original 45 day sentence. Following the judge's decision, she cried out, "Mom, mom, this isn't right!" She was then immediately taken to the L.A. County Jail to be processed and sent back to Lynwood Detention Center.
L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo:
"This decision sends the message that no individual -- no matter how wealthy or powerful -- is above the law. Today, justice is served"

I think this is going to turn into a game. Her attorney has already filed for an appeal. She will probably in again and out again for the next 40 days (if this cherade even lasts that long. I'm beginning to wonder if this is another publicity stunt like the "fight" with Nicole.......
